A group of us rode our bikes over for Sunday brunch and were impressed by the quality of food and service. My wife and I had the Huevos Rancheros taco, the Eggs Benedict naan, and the Tex-Mex Angus Steak taco. Each one was one of the best we’ve ever had. Others in our group ordered the Little Mexico taco, Mushroom taco and the Redfish taco. Everyone rated their tacos as outstanding. We also ordered coffee and were pleasantly surprised to see that it was an entire pot of outstanding French press coffee. Bonus points for having a bike rack. We will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended.
Very well made international dishes brought together in unity under the taco banner (enveloped by the corn tortilla). Between my cousin and I, we split five tacos and all of them were gooood. But the best of the bunch were the brisket taco and the Thai chicken taco. The Brussels sprouts taco was very flavorful. The falafel taco took a few bites before I could appreciate the subtle flavor.
The atmosphere is great and inviting. Plenty of parking available. Service was quick and the order was patient as this was my first visit to Fusion Taco. The drinks could be better as they tasted a tad bit watered down. My food came out timely but it could have much warmer for me. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd definitely recommend this place to others. 4 stars!
When in the area we always love a Fusion stop! We used to live close by and fell in love with the place a few years ago. Glad to see that they have remained in business!

This place is amazing. Staff are polite and laid back, food comes quick. Speaking of the food, lawwd have mercy the food is so good. Jesus in the back cooking hallelujah food. I was quiet the whole time which means my man was happy too. That's how good the food was.
First time trying it their food is okay. A bit too greasy I had a chicken quesadilla and their queso. Both again were good decent food. Their margaritas are pretty good. Service was mid, told the gentlemen it was my first time there and hoped to be more helpful but he just waited for me to order. As a Latina I’ve had better, but I’m sure if you are looking for a decent spot this will do the job.
Delicious food. Loved the Thai chicken Taco. Taco Tuesday is a great deal, some tacos are 2 and 3 dollars when they are normally 4 and up.
They also could do some tacos gluten free, you just have to ask. (Does not include Thai chicken, but they had some awesome options). My mother with celiac was taken care of here and after eating here twice she did not react so I would say this place is safe for people with celiac just ask about menu items before hand.
Had dinner here and must say it was pretty delicious. I tasted the tempered shrimp taco which had Wasabi ranch sauce "which I ordered on the side because I wasn't quite sure about it" it was a great and light taco. I ended up putting the whole side of sauce on my taco also because it was a perfect combination with the shrimp. I also had a rice bowl with Angus steak and it to was great. The steak was so tender, I would have liked maybe if it had maybe some type of sauce served in it like maybe from the steak to season the rice but it was good. I will be going back to try different tacos because they have so many on the menu that I want to for sure try!
